  • Is your jewelry really handmade?

    Absolutely! I’m enamored with the old ways of making jewelry and all of my jewelry is crafted by hand using specialized techniques developed over 400 years ago. I collaborate with a dedicated team of master artisans in my ancestral homeland of Rajasthan, India to skillfully craft every aspect of the jewelry: from the enameled silver disks to the kundan set gems.

    It typically requires 6-8 weeks and 4 master artisans to complete a piece.

  • Do you source your materials ethically?

    My extended team of generational artisans, gem traders, gem cutters and I are committed to an ethical business practice. It is very important to me that all of my materials come from legitimate and ethical sources.

    In addition to adhering with the Kimberly Process, I strive to ask the right questions of my suppliers, check all the facts and do my due diligence on every aspect of creating my jewelry.

  • When will my order ship?

    Your order will ship out within 1-2 business days after you place your order. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays.

    So if you placed your order on Friday, it will ship out on Monday or Tuesday. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information after your order ships.

    You can choose your shipping option during checkout. US domestic shipping options are:

    1. UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 business days transit time): $12
    2. UPS 2 Day Shipping: $28
    3. UPS Next Day Air Saver Shipping: $45
  • How can I track my order?

    Log in to your account to see the status of your order. If you did not create an account during checkout, use the contact form to send a message requesting your order status. Be sure to include your order number or your first and last name.

  • Can I send my order as a gift?

    Yes! Simply add a note during checkout that your order is a gift and only a gift receipt will be included with your order. You can also add a note for the receiver and a handwritten card will be included at no additional charge. (Handwritten notes are the best!)

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you can request a refund or exchange to a different item within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and be returned with all the packaging and inserts. Simply request a Return Authorization using the contact form for full instructions. Be sure to include your order number.

    Shipping charges are not refundable; orders shipped with a free shipping promotion will be deducted $12 from the refund amount.

  • Will my order be charged tax?

    Only orders shipped to New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax as required by law.

  • Do you accept international orders?

    International shipping is here! Yay! I now ship to the following countries:

    Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and the UK.

    If you don't see your shipping destination listed, please contact me and I will check if your purchase can be shipped to you.

    Shipping times to international destinations vary but generally take 7-14 days. Taxes, duties or VAT charges may be applied by customs authorities upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the receiver’s responsibility.

    All international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail Service for $35.

    Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.

  • How do I get a coupon code?

  • Can I buy your jewelry in a store?

    At this time, you can only purchase my collection on my site and at special events.

  • I saw your jewelry at a special event but don’t see it on the site. How can I buy a piece from your other collections?

    You can send a message using the contact form to check if that item is in stock or to special order it. You can also subscribe to my newsletter exclusive invites to purchase limited editions.

  • Do you have a press kit?

    Yes! Please email me with your details at sapna[at]sapnamehra[dot]com to request a press kit and any questions you may have.

  • My question was not answered here. How can I talk to someone?

    The best way to reach me is by email. I’ll respond to your email pronto or, if I’m experiencing an email tsunami, then within 1-2 business days. If you prefer to speak with me on the phone, send me an email with the best number and time that I can reach you and I’ll give you a call.

    We can chat about your question or concern, discuss the intricacies of your life path number or even trade ayurvedic recipes for your body type. I’m game!
